About Our Academy:

Employer’s Academy focuses deeply on the needs of entrepreneurs whose business model aspires to hire or currently hires employees. Our program began in 2013. Since that time, we have employed dozens of subject matter expert to conduct our training and have matriculated thousands of entrepreneur students.

Our training program combines best practices in theory with practical real-world methodologies that allows our entrepreneurs to immediately incorporate into their businesses. Our training program has been used by several government agencies to assist local entrepreneurs.

Our training objective is to assist employers in 3 main areas: structuring their business’ foundation and operations, development their workforce and leadership team, and incorporating proper technological tools that would enhance their business’ outcomes. We use a myriad of exercises, case studies, live web applications, group & community projects, and external business partners to assist with bringing our training results to life.

Entrepreneurs training with us can expert to work with and learn from CPAs, loan officers, HR professionals, payroll executives and more. Upon training with these individuals, student entrepreneurs learn key functions and best practices they can take back to their businesses and implement.

Aside from theory and practical, there are several technological training students undergo. Student entrepreneurs get trained on the history and operations of Artificial Intelligence. This training goes through lessons on how to set it up (which takes place real-time in training) and the best use of it for their specific businesses. Students receive training on human resource job screening software, payroll software, CRM software, sales & marketing software, social media software and algorithms, API integrations and A2P government approvals. This technological training will be conducted in accordance with their actual businesses.

Our programs have taken place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, St. Louis, Missouri, Atlanta, Georgia, Peachtree Corners, Georgia, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands and Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Every student is enrolled in our business compliance program, which takes students businesses through a series of steps that prepares their businesses for vendor relationships, leasing negotiations, and business finance approvals.
